Toby Maguire (b.1975) will take up his role as Peter Parker/Spider-man
Everyone is curious to see how Topher Grace (b.1978) will perform as Spidey’s arch enemy (and competitive co-worker at the Daily Bugle,) Eddie Brock/Venom in Spider-man 3. As long-time Spider-man fans will attest, Venom is physically more powerful than Spider-man but not nearly as quick or agile. This should prove to be an interesting challenge for our hero in the fight scenes.
Grace is best-known as the tormented teen Eric Forman in the popular and long running situational comedy “That 70s Show.” Strangely enough, it is noted that he looks very similar to Tobey Maguire. Perhaps he was chosen for the role in order to be a close opposite of Spidey and become the ideal arch enemy. Grace was originally born in NYC and has played in a few minor movie roles in addition to his tenure on “That 70s Show.”
